What sizes do you carry?
We carry sizes from Newborn (NB) through size 14, covering infants, toddlers, and big girls. Each dress listing includes a detailed size guide with chest, waist, and length measurements to help you find the perfect fit. If you're between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a little extra growing room.

How do I place an order?
Simply browse our collection, select the dress style, size, and any available color options, then add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping details, and complete payment. You'll receive an order confirmation email within minutes. Need help? Our team is always happy to assist.

Can I make changes or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders quickly so that they reach you as soon as possible. If you need to make a change or cancellation, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order. After that window, we cannot guarantee changes, but we'll always do our best to help. Once an order has shipped, our return policy applies.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! We offer complimentary gift wrapping with a handwritten note for all orders. Simply select the "Gift Wrap" option at checkout and leave your personal message in the provided field. Your gift will arrive beautifully packaged in our signature blush tissue and ribbon.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5–8 business days. During peak seasons such as holidays, please allow a few extra days. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Do you ship internationally?
No, We are currently shipping within the United States.

How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number on our website or the carrier's website to check real-time updates. If your tracking hasn't updated within 48 hours of your shipment notification, please reach out to us.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn, unwashed items with all original tags attached. Sale items and personalized or monogrammed dresses are final sale. To initiate a return, contact us with your order number and reason for return, and we'll guide you through the process.

Can I exchange a dress for a different size?
Absolutely — we know sizing can be tricky with little ones! Exchanges for a different size are accepted within 30 days of delivery, subject to availability. If your preferred size is out of stock, we'll issue a store credit. Exchanges are free of charge for domestic orders.

How long does it take to receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 10 business days. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear on your statement.

Product & Care

What materials are your dresses made from?
We carefully select soft, skin-friendly fabrics for all our dresses — including breathable cotton, delicate lace, lightweight tulle, and blended fabrics. Every material is chosen with children's sensitive skin in mind. Full fabric composition is listed on each product page, along with care instructions.

How should I care for the dresses?
Care instructions vary by style and fabric. Most of our dresses are machine washable on a gentle cold cycle; delicate styles such as lace or tulle dresses recommend hand washing or a delicates bag. Always check the care label inside the garment. Avoid tumble drying embellished styles — air drying helps preserve the shape and detailing beautifully.

Do you offer custom or personalized dresses?
Yes! We offer monogramming and select customization options on certain styles. Look for the "Personalize" option on eligible product pages. Custom and personalized orders require an additional 5–7 business days for production and are non-refundable. For bespoke requests or special occasion commissions, please contact us directly.
